When you travel with Carpe Mundo, rest assured our highly qualified leaders will be there to ensure you have an incredible trip.
for your safety and comfort
Our leaders have years of experience leading groups all over the world. They have been trained in group facilitation, cooking skills, wilderness and remote first aid, and Leave No Trace. At least one leader on every trip has a Wilderness First Responder certification or higher medical training. Our leaders know the history of the areas you will be traveling to and are familiar with the flora and fauna. They will provide instruction for all of the activities, from how to pack a backpack to proper cycling etiquette, and with their assistance you will be up and going in no time! You will be provided with a packing list to prepare you for the trip, and they will accommodate special requests and dietary restrictions. Most importantly, they love what they do and will do whatever it takes to go above and beyond to ensure that your trip is as enjoyable and memorable as possible.

Sabrina has spent the past eight years working as a naturalist and horseback wilderness guide. Originally trained as a medical anthropologist and biologist, she is passionate about the natural world and different cultures and is always excited to learn something new to share. She originally fell in love with travel in college when working as an international public health researcher in Ecuador. In addition to traveling and guiding Sabrina is also an avid wildlife and nature photographer.
